By purchasing or engaging our Services, you ("Client," "you") agree to this Policy.
Nature of Services
Fifth and Tee LLC provides professional, customized, and strategic services, including but not limited to:
- consulting and advisory services
- brand strategy and identity development
- website design and development
- landing page design
- content strategy and content creation
- automation system design and implementation
- customer experience design
- community and course platform development
These Services involve intellectual effort, time allocation, planning, and proprietary expertise.
As a result, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.
General Refund Policy
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all payments made to Fifth and Tee LLC are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- consulting fees
- strategy fees
- project fees
- development fees
- design fees
- retainers
- deposits
- milestone payments
Once Services have been initiated, refunds are generally not available.
Deposits and Advance Payments
Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
Deposits secure scheduling, resource allocation, and project planning.
Upon receipt of a deposit, the Company may:
- reserve project time
- initiate planning
- begin preparatory work
These actions constitute value delivered.
Work Already Performed
No refunds will be issued for work already completed, including but not limited to:
- consulting sessions
- strategy development
- research and analysis
- planning and architecture
- design work
- development work
- documentation
- content creation
Partial completion of a project does not guarantee eligibility for a partial refund.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a Client cancels Services after work has begun:
- payments already made remain non-refundable
- the Client remains responsible for payment of work completed
- the Company may invoice for completed work not yet paid
Cancellation does not relieve the Client of payment obligations for completed Services.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
If Fifth and Tee LLC terminates a project for reasons unrelated to Client misconduct or breach, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- issue a partial refund for unused portions of prepaid Services
- provide completed work up to the termination point
Any refund determination will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Exceptional Refunds
In rare circumstances, the Company may issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Factors considered may include:
- project status
- amount of work completed
- contractual obligations
- specific written agreements
Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined solely by the Company.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Digital Deliverables
Once digital deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
Digital deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- designs
- documents
- strategies
- systems
- code
- content
- automation workflows
Third-Party Costs
Fees paid to third parties are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- hosting providers
- domain providers
- software providers
- payment processors
- external tools or platforms
Such fees are governed by third-party policies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Fifth and Tee LLC directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- suspension of Services
- termination of Services
- recovery actions
- legal action
We reserve the right to provide documentation to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible
- processing times depend on the payment provider
- processing times may vary from several days to several weeks
We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
Currency and Fees
Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
The Company is not responsible for:
- currency conversion losses
- bank fees
